Winter Colour, Your Way
A week ago, I asked on Instagram stories what you would like me to cover in this month’s newsletter.
The clear winner?
This winter’s colour palette.
So this edition is all about the shades I am seeing everywhere this season, and more importantly, the ones I think are timeless enough to wear well beyond this winter.
From rich chocolate and cherry combinations, to restorative greens (think olive and dark khaki), warm desert sands that include soft taupe and cream, and bold jewel tones like red wine and cobalt blue.
These colours bring depth, warmth and a fresh perspective to winter dressing down under.
I’ve rounded up some of my favourite colour combinations to inspire you, along with a special edition of KK’s Favourites, where I’m sharing two beautiful winter coats worth taking a look at.
I hope it inspires you to add a little or a lot more colour to your wardrobe this season.
With Love & Style Always,
Kerry K ♥
The Winter Colour Edit
My curated take on this season’s most wearable colours.
From various chocolate shades to restorative greens and bold jewel tones, these are the shades bringing warmth, depth and timeless style to winter 2026 (style inspiration images sourced from Pinterest. Image credit belongs to the original creators.)
Chocolate and Cherry 🍫 🍒
Rich chocolate brown is the neutral of the season, often paired with deep cherry, burgundy, navy and green tones.
Restorative Greens 🥬
Green with Envy! Olive and dark khaki are dominating everyday outwear this season.
Bold Jewel Tones 💎
Bold jewel tones elevate and lift the mood. Look for pops of electric cobalt blue, royal purple, emerald green, and lipstick reds.
Desert Sands 🏜️
Calm, grounded sophistication, found in soft creams, beiges, pale yellow and taupe’s acting as the foundation for layering.
