The Haute Knit – instantly cool

Blame it on the current Covid19 and WFH restrictions if you like but I’m loving the thought process put in by designers when it comes to knitwear and how we are currently wearing it. No longer the casual underdog, a plush sweater with detailed sleeve or chunky wool knit has officially become a major player in our closet space. Think leather pants and an oversized sweater for instant cool factor and high wasted denim for Sunday fun day tres chic, isn’t that how we all want to feel in warm and cosy knitwear? Here are my top four picks this season!

Stylist tip – pilling and holes in woven knitwear, jumpers or sweaters are not a good look and likely to make you feel tired and dated. If the top is not making a statement retire it and budget for an updated purchase that will go the distance.
